As Maintenance Coordinator, I manage all the technicians. In addition, I have started a training program so that I can soon train the younger generation of technicians myself. With my 28 years of service, I can pass on a wealth of experience to the youngsters.

Resolving malfunctions as quickly as possible is my mission.
I start around 6:30 a.m. and immediately check if there have been any malfunctions or problems during the night. After that, I prepare for my daily meeting with my employees by 8:30 a.m., and then I do my rounds per department to see if there have been any malfunctions. Finally, together with my employees, I try to resolve all malfunctions as quickly as possible.

When I finished my studies, the head of Plukon's technical department was on the jury for the final exam. He approached me afterwards asking if I would like to come and apply. I did so without hesitation. I started immediately after my studies and have never left.
