Head of talent and internal communication
My name is Berta, and I am the Head of Talent and Internal Communication at Plukon. My role involves attracting and selecting the best talent for the group and ensuring that information flows clearly and effectively within the organization. I am also responsible for communicating news, updates, and relevant information to employees.
No two days are the same: each day combines working with people, coordinating with different teams, and new challenges that make the job very dynamic. What I value most is the constant contact with people and the impact my work has on team development and the company culture.

Berta's workday
No two days are the same.
Throughout the day, I combine talent attraction and selection with internal communication. Part of my time is dedicated to defining profiles, interviewing candidates, and coordinating staffing needs with the managers of the different teams. The other part focuses on preparing and sharing news, updates, and important information so that all employees are up to date and well informed.
Each day includes many conversations, coordination meetings, and new challenges. This dynamic pace makes the job particularly interesting and allows me to see up close how the decisions we make in talent and internal communication influence people’s day-to-day work.
