What will you do?

As a Digital Learning & Development Specialist, you play a key role within the Plukon Academy. You ensure that employees can learn and develop in a modern, accessible, and effective way. You will work closely with HR, management, and international colleagues to create learning solutions that meet the organization's needs.

• You develop and implement e-learning modules, microlearning, and blended learning programs for different target groups;

• You translate organizational learning needs into scalable digital learning solutions using instructional design methodologies;

• You manage, optimize, and further develop the Learning Management System (LMS) Docebo;

• You work with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise to develop interactive learning content;

• You analyze learning outcomes and usage data to continuously improve digital learning programs;

• You explore and implement innovative learning technologies such as AI tools, Synthesia, and HeyGen;

• You advise HR, management, and stakeholders on digital learning, learning & development, and learning strategies;

• You guide and support colleagues in the development of digital learning solutions and e-learning projects.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for an experienced Digital Learning & Development Specialist who takes digital learning to the next level within an international organization.

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree in fields such as Educational Science, HRD, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design, supplemented with at least 5 years of experience in digital learning, e-learning development, or learning & development;

• You have experience with LMS systems like Docebo, knowledge of SCORM and xAPI, and independently work with tools like Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise to develop digital learning solutions;

• You have strong communication skills, think strategically about learning & development, stay updated on AI and digital learning trends, and are willing to travel internationally several times a year.
